Rolls are Mechanical Tubing with extra  thick walls. Rolls Supported on 3-15/16" shafts turned to 2-15/16" for 4 bolt roller bearings.

Replaceable Hardened tooth turning sprockets, located on 2'-0" centers. Steel ribs at each sprocket for aggressive turning of flared butt and knotty logs.

Two direct coupled hydraulic motors mounted to end of turning rolls. Support frame constructed of 1/2" wall tubing with pivoting parallelogram action.

Pivots use four bolt roller bearings for articulation. The loader is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder for optimized control of up and down motion.

Turning rolls designed to have skewing ablility for optimized recovery.
