Who is Omega Solutions?

Omega Solutions, Inc. (OSI) is based out of Russellville, Arkansas and has been in business since November of 2000.  OSI has two manufacturing facilities bordering the property of Bibler Brothers Lumber Company.

The OSI team is competent and experienced with a "state of the art” machine shop, fabrication department, in-house engineering department, and customer service and sales group ready to meet all your needs. Nearly all of the staff has actually worked in a sawmill during their career.

The team at OSI has sold and installed equipment in a majority of the top 200 high production sawmills in North America.

Installing 60+ sharp chain systems, OSI is the industry leader in sharp chain technology with the patented Severe Duty Sharp Chain.  OSI installed 6 curve-sawing systems as well as 11 high speed board edger systems in the last five years.

Not only does OSI manufacture the best mill floor and high speed log merchandising equipment, but also designs and builds a full range of sawmill and planer mill handling equipment. Specializing in custom designed equipment, OSI even produces automation equipment for the automotive industry.
